An encourager, always learning.
I'm an inspirational speaker and a lifetime encourager. Every day I learn from the people around me, at work and beyond, from my virtual family on Zoom to the authors of the books I read. And one quiet question keeps guiding me: If there were no limits on what you could build, what would you create?
So I've started. I'm building in founder mode and growing businesses of my own. Some weeks it goes well. Some weeks I learn the hard way. Either way, I share it.
I've always had a big vision. The catch was that it needed about a 20-person team, and even virtual assistants would have cost thousands before earning a penny. Between work, school, continuing education and masterminds, I couldn't carry it alone. Now, with Claude and my Grok Bot team, I have the power of accomplishment: a team that keeps building after I log off for the night. The empire that's always lived in my head can finally come to life, one small step at a time.
My work has always been about helping people grow. Now I get to do that out loud, in talks, in writing, and in the way I build.
I'm always learning, evolving, and blooming. Nobody has it all figured out, and nobody ever will. That's the freedom. Enjoy right now, because this life is a beautiful adventure.

What I'm learning while I build
I'm done hesitating. I'm all in on this adventure of building and owning businesses in founder mode. I share the lessons to document the journey, and because we can all learn from each other's experiences, mine and yours. It's not a cheat code. Everyone's path is different.
