Privacy Policy
Azita Williams
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Azita Williams ("Azita Williams," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit https://azita.org (the "Site"), sign up for our Keep Blooming newsletter, or email us. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
The Site is based in California.
If you have questions, email us at support@azita.org.
1. Summary
- We collect the name and email address you enter when you sign up for our newsletter, plus basic technical information that browsers send automatically, such as your IP address.
- We use it to send you the newsletter and related emails you signed up for, and to run and secure the Site.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. As of the effective date, the Site does not use advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers (for example, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok or LinkedIn tags).
- We use a small number of service providers to run the Site and our newsletter: FlexiFunnels (website and forms), our email service provider, Brevo (email list and newsletter emails), and Cloudflare (domain name system (DNS) and network services). Google Fonts supplies the Site's fonts.
- California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. See Section 9.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us through our newsletter form
The Site has one form, a signup for our Keep Blooming newsletter. It asks for:
- Name
- Email address
Please do not send sensitive information. Our form does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account or card numbers, or health information. Please don't include them in emails to us.
2.2 Information you send us by email
If you email us (for example at support@azita.org), we receive your email address, your name as it appears on the email, what you wrote, and any attachments.
2.3 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, your browser automatically sends some technical information to us and our service providers. This includes:
- IP address, and the approximate location (country) that can be worked out from it
- Browser and device information, such as browser type and version, operating system, and screen or performance data
- Usage information, such as the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the page that referred you to the Site (the "referrer")
- Cookie and local storage identifiers, described in Section 3
- Campaign information: if you reach the Site through a link containing campaign tags (such as
utm_source), those tags may be recorded
2.4 Information about our emails
We send our newsletter through our email service provider, Brevo. Our emails may use open and click tracking: the provider may record whether each email is delivered, opened, and clicked, along with the related IP address and time. It does this using a small tracking image inside the email and links that pass through the provider before taking you to the page. You can avoid open tracking by turning off images in your email app, and you can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 6).
3. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar feature that also saves data in your browser. The Site is built on FlexiFunnels, which typically uses the following:
| Name | Set by | What it does |
|---|---|---|
uuid_azita.org |
FlexiFunnels | A random visitor ID, used for page-visit statistics and to connect a form submission to the visit |
f_un_vs + page ID |
FlexiFunnels | Records that your browser has already viewed a page, so unique visitors can be counted |
ff_country |
FlexiFunnels | A country code worked out from your IP address |
ff_visitor_ip |
FlexiFunnels | Stores your IP address |
flexiTracking_… (only when you arrive from a tagged link) |
FlexiFunnels | Stores campaign tags (such as utm_source) to show which link brought you to the Site |
optdata (local storage) |
FlexiFunnels | When you submit the form, a copy of what you submitted is saved in your own browser's local storage until you clear your browser's site data |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance (only if triggered) |
Cloudflare | Security cookies that tell people apart from bots and record that a security challenge was passed, set only if Cloudflare's bot protection is triggered |
Analytics and other technical services on the Site:
- FlexiFunnels page analytics. When a page loads, FlexiFunnels records a page-view event: the page address, the referrer, internal page and funnel IDs, and the visitor ID above. It sends these to FlexiFunnels' analytics service so we can see page visits and form performance.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics / Real User Monitoring. A Cloudflare script may measure page-load performance and report it to Cloudflare. Cloudflare says this script does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors, and discards the IP address at the nearest Cloudflare data center.
- Cloudflare Network Error Logging. The Site's responses may tell your browser to report network errors, such as failed connections, to Cloudflare. Cloudflare says these reports are processed without storing your IP address.
- Google Fonts. The Site loads its fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser sends Google your IP address, browser information, and the page you're on. Google says the Google Fonts API does not set cookies and that Google does not use this information to build profiles or target ads.
Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. If you block cookies, the Site should still work, but some statistics may not be recorded. Our emails also use a tracking image and tracked links, as described in Section 2.4.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Send you the newsletter. When you sign up, your name and email address are added to our email list with our email service provider, Brevo, which may send you a welcome or confirmation email and then our newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link (see Section 6).
- Reply to you. If you email us, we use your message and email address to respond.
- Understand what readers find useful. We may look at overall email open and click data to improve our newsletter.
- Run, maintain, and secure the Site. This includes measuring traffic and performance, fixing problems, and preventing spam, fraud, and abuse.
- Meet legal obligations and protect rights. We keep records, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.
5.1 Service providers
These companies process information on our behalf, under their own data processing terms. Each company's terms limit how it can use the information.
| Provider | What it does for us | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| FlexiFunnels (Misfits Change Makers Private Limited, India) | Hosts the Site's pages, processes the newsletter form, provides page analytics, sends signups to our email service provider | Name, email address, IP address, browser and usage data, cookie IDs |
| Brevo (Sendinblue SAS and affiliates) | Stores our email list and sends the newsletter and related emails | Name and email address; email delivery, open, and click data |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Provides DNS for our domain, and network, performance, and security services used to deliver the Site | IP address, request and traffic data, security cookies, performance data |
| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | Delivers the fonts used on the Site | IP address, browser information, referring page |
5.2 Other disclosures
We may also disclose information:
- When you ask us to, or with your consent.
- For legal reasons: to comply with the law, a court order, or another legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
- In a business transfer: if the Site or newsletter is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner, who must continue to protect it as this Policy describes.
5.3 Where information is processed
Our service providers may process information outside California and outside the United States. For example, FlexiFunnels lists cloud hosting in India and Singapore.
6. Email choices (CAN-SPAM)
- Every newsletter or other marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@azita.org.
- We will process your request promptly, and within 10 business days.
- Even after you unsubscribe, we may still reply to messages you send us directly.
- Our emails identify Azita Williams as the sender, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and the physical postal address required by law.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in Section 4, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it, or de-identify it so it no longer identifies you. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of your request so we don't email you again.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We rely on established service providers that describe encryption and access-control safeguards in their security terms, and we limit access to our email list to people who need it. Still, no website, email, or online storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to know/access. You can ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to. You can also ask for a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold.
- Right to delete. You can ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You can tell us not to sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information and do not use it to infer characteristics about you, so this right does not currently apply.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently because you used any of these rights.
How to make a request. Email support@azita.org with the subject line "Privacy Request." Tell us which right you want to use, and give us the name and email address you used with us.
Verification. To protect you, we will check that the request comes from you, usually by confirming details we already hold, such as the email address you used. We may ask for more information if needed. We will use that information only to verify the request.
Authorized agents. You may have an authorized agent make a request for you. We may ask for proof of the agent's authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Timing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we may extend that by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you if we do.

We do not collect personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not create profiles about you.
9.2 "Shine the Light"
California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT, so the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, as described in Section 3, the Site does not use advertising trackers. We are not aware of any third party on the Site that collects personal information about your activity across different websites over time for advertising. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 9.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and newsletter are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact support@azita.org and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites and affiliate links
If the Site or our newsletter links to a website we don't operate, that website's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Affiliate links. Some links on the Site, on our blog, or in our Keep Blooming newsletter are affiliate links, and we label them where they appear. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, the company that runs the program (for example, FlexiFunnels) may use cookies or tracking parameters to credit the referral to us. That is handled under that company's own privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details from it, and any information it shares with us about referrals is limited to what it needs to pay the commission.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, such as using your information in a significantly different way or adding advertising trackers, we will post a notice on the Site before the change takes effect. If we have your email address, we may also email you. Changes apply from the date they are posted unless the notice says otherwise.
